Introduction
I am very honored to be your Club Coach since my appointment last September 2019.
I am proud to say that I have never missed any meetings, except one meeting when I was traveling to Kauai in February 2020. This was before we started our Online Meetings.
DCP report
My goal is to help build our club to DCP status and to achieve President’s Distinguished Status this year, the highest level possible for any Toastmasters International Club.
We are already at Distinguished Status (5 goals), exceeding it at 6 goals met. We currently have 12 members, starting from a Base of 10 from the beginning of the TI – Toastmasters International program year last 1 July 2019. We need to have a net gain of 5 members from the Base in order to qualify for the DCP – Distinguished Club Program.
Therefore, we must retain our 12 members and add at least 3 more by the end of June 2020.
Here are more resources to help our club to achieve this goal. I should mention that I hope to be able to help our club to achieve President’s Distinguished Status with my contributions, and to achieve my DTM award.
I have contributed two points to our club already, and I hope to be able to contribute two more points with my educational achievements. I contributed one Pathways Level 2 award, one Pathways Level 3 award, and one Pathways level 4 award, all in Innovative Planning.
I hope to be able to contribute one Advanced Leader Silver award, and one DTM award, one Pathways Level 5 award, in Innovative Planning, in addition to helping the club to add at least 4 more members to get another point.
It is true that all of these awards cannot be credited, as there is a limit of 6 DCP points in the Education part of the DCP awards, which is split between the Traditional Educational Program and the Pathways Educational Program.
Very important! Other members have contributed to our DCP points for our club, for which I am very grateful, and I hope that all of us have an equal opportunity to do so now and in the future.

Yesterday was Memorial Day. My Dad passed away over six years ago, and I made this video in his memory, as a tribute to his life at his memorial service. I presented it to hundreds of people who were in attendance.
Cherish every moment you have in life. Every person and experience is a blessing. This is my view.
Love to All,
Steve
